User Agreement

ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬСКОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relations between “Harmony and Health: Practical Guides” (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and the User of this Website https://sliptol.club/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The use of the Site by the User is governed by this Agreement.

1.2 By accessing the Site, the User shall be deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3 The Website Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall come into force after 3 (Three) days from the date of posting a new version of the Agreement on the site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she shall refuse access to the Website, stop using the materials and services of the Website.

1.4 This Agreement is not a public offer.

2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

2.1 The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the information, materials and services contained on the Site.

2.2 The Site provides the User with the following types of services (services):

2.2.1 Access to electronic content (including but not limited to: articles, videos, audio materials, text descriptions of courses);

2.2.2 Opportunity to make an appointment for a free consultation;

2.2.3 Other services realized on the pages of the Website.

2.3 All existing (actually functioning) at the moment services (services) of the Site, and also any their subsequent modifications and additionally appearing services (services) fall under the action of the present Agreement.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1 The User has the right:

3.1.1. Gain access to the use of the Site.

3.1.2. Use all services available on the Site, as well as purchase any goods/services offered on the Site.

3.1.3. Ask any questions regarding the Site services by contact details specified in the “Contact Us” or “Feedback” sections.

3.1.4. Use the Site exclusively for the purposes and in the manner provided by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2 The User shall:

3.2.1 Provide at the request of the Site Administration additional information that is directly related to the provided services of the Site.

3.2.2 Observe property and non-property rights of authors and other right holders when using the Site.

3.2.3 Do not take actions that may be considered as disturbing the normal operation of the Site.

3.2.4 Not to distribute any confidential information about individuals or legal entities protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation using the Site.

3.2.5 Avoid any actions, as a result of which the confidentiality of information protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation may be violated.

3.3 The site Administration has the right:

3.3.1 At its own discretion and without the need to obtain the User’s consent to change the rules of use of the Site and its content. The changes shall come into force from the moment of publication of the new edition of the Agreement on the Site.

3.3.2 Restrict access to the Site to any User or part of the Site in case the User violates the terms of this Agreement.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

4.1 Administration of the site is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to the use or inability to use the Site, unauthorized access to the User’s communications.

4.2 The site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the User.

4.3. Administration of the site is released from responsibility for full or partial failure to fulfill its obligations, if such failure is the result of force majeure circumstances (force majeure).

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

5.1 All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties shall be settled by negotiations.

5.2 In case of impossibility to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 All possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

6.2. Recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not entail invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
